Refund Policy

FB Acc Market ("we", "us", "our") offers refunds under the conditions set out below. This policy applies to all purchases, including payments made via cryptocurrency (e.g. Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT) and other payment methods.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We will refund the customer if the purchased account(s) could not be logged in. You must provide a clear report that the credentials received do not allow access to the account.

2. Time Limit to Report

You must submit your refund request and report within one (1) hour of completing the purchase. Refund requests reported after one hour from the time of purchase will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via the Contact page or through your dashboard support section. Include your order ID, the email used for purchase, and a brief description of the issue (inability to log in). We will verify and process eligible refunds in accordance with this policy.

4. Cryptocurrency and Other Payments

Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in the same cryptocurrency (or equivalent value as determined by us) where practicable. For other payment methods, refunds will be processed via the original method where possible. Refunds are subject to our verification and may take several business days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for: (a) requests made more than one hour after purchase, (b) change of mind, (c) misuse or violation of platform terms, (d) issues arising from your own device, network, or login errors unrelated to the credentials we provided. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we find abuse or fraud.
